The greatest assets of LifeCare are its team of staff and volunteers.
We have a team of 35 highly qualified staff including clinical psychologists and registered social workers and around 175 volunteers who give up their time as coaches, administrators and supporters.
Christina Lim, Services Director, manages and leads all five LifeCare services provided to the community. Many of these services were first pioneered by her. Christina is part of the LifeCare Executive team and provides executive leadership to the organisation. She has 18 years of management experience in not-for-profit and corporate sectors. She holds a Master in Arts (Counselling), Master in Science (I.T.) and is currently completing her MBA (Executive) and Graduate Certificate in Social Change. She has also completed her Arrow Executive Leadership Program.
Christina’s passion is to help and empower those in need in the community to live out their potential, and flourish. She believes in seeing people transform holistically – socially, emotionally, economically and spiritually – as God cares about our whole beings. Ultimately, she is driven to help people connect to a community of hope, and thrive.
